All Big Letters

Cantor Fitzgerald Gallery at Haverford College presented ALL BIG LETTERS, an exhibition featuring the tools and hallmarks of graffiti art in its multivalent forms. Pulling from the documentation and instruments used in the show, I created a visual identity that could fit within the urban landscape that ABL’s graffiti occupies. “3D” lettering is distressed and weathered, then placed on a concrete background. The look was carried through postcards, posters, lamppost vinyls, and digital applications. The gallery guide featured a cover of Mohawk Loop Antique Vellum where its natural texture and visible fibers complemented rough-hewn the aesthetic.
